The Comet Cross Country team ran local at the Jackson Invite held at Ella Sharp Park on Friday and Saturday.
The JV Boys ran on Friday and 2 of the 5 that ran, James Bradley and Aidan Zeffery, obtained season records.
On Saturday, the Varsity Boys completed their race with 3 season records, 3 medalists and a 3rd place team finish.
The season records were obtained by Landen Boulis, Blake Griffis and Carson Beach. Medals were obtained by Landen Boulis (4th), Cooper Flick (11th) and Chad Tyson (25th).
On the girls side, Maisey Toteff finished with a season best time and took home a 6th place medal. Brynlee Swihart also took home a medal finishing in 16th place. The team overall finished in 5th place.
The meet was a great opportunity to compete and get comfortable with the Ella Sharp Park course that we will run 3 more times this season.

The team will next run at the Shepherd Invitational on Saturday the 28th.
