The Comet Cross Country team ran at the Shepherd Invite on Saturday. The boys varsity kicked the day off with a great race that lead to all 7 of them obtaining medals and season records. This team included Landen Boulis (1), Cooper Flick (5), Chad Tyson (17), Wyatt Hassenzahl (21), Tyler Harris (28), Carson Beach (29), and Blake Griffis (37). The team finished in 1st place! Later in the day, season records were set by Anderson Cook, James Bradley, Aiden Zeffery, Brady Taylor, Grant Cure, and Wink Crews in the JV race. The girls varsity finished in 4th place with medals and season records obtained by Maisey Toteff (5) and Brynlee Swihart (19). Season records were also obtained by Kennedy Bugbee, Delainey Cottrell, Ruby Collins, and Ella Bulgrien. Great job Comets!
