Boys/Girls Middle School Cross Country vs. Multiple Opponents

Last night the Hanover Horton Middle School Cross Country teams competed at the Meckley's MS XC Race. It was a hot day to run on a course with next to no shade, but the teams persevered.
The meet started with a 1 mile race, Harper Blanton finished first with a 7:47 for the girls with Teresa Bradley finishing 20th. Nolan Leichty finished 12th in the boy's mile.
The boys' team finished second to Adrian. Everett Marshall led the team finishing 3rd overall. Eli Jurasek was 9th and Austin Toteff was 18th for our Medalists.
The girls' team finished 4th overall with Ellie Swihart coming in 2nd with a 13:56. Lauren Bulgrein also medaled finishing 11th.
It was a great day for our teams. We race next at Addison for the Cascade Conference West Jamboree.
