The 8th grade basketball team defeated a tough Michigan Center team last night 58-47. The Comets climbed back from an early deficit to control the 2nd half and pull away for the victory. It was a great team win led by an intense defensive effort and timely plays on both ends of the court. That brings their season record to 4-0.
The 7th grade team lost a heart breaker to Michigan Center. The team is continuing to improve, and will look to up its game next week when they face Leslie.
