The boys Varsity squad consisting of , Cooper Donders, Grant Cure, Noah DeKamp, Joe Davis, Cam Smith, Gabe O Connor  bowled the Trojans of East Jackson in conference play and came up a little short losing 9-21. The Comets were in the match the whole time but missed spares eventually paved the way to their 9 loss.  led by Joe Davis 214-205,Grant Cure with a PR of 208,Noah DeKamp 156-158. The Comets get a day off before their schedule gets crazy…..Next match is vs Leslie at City Limits in Mason January 25 at 2:30

The Lady Comet Bowlers from Hanover-Horton consisting of Abby Barba, Liz Curry, Sophie Donders, Brooke Hadley and Charlie Worden went into a nail biting match against the East Jackson Trojans, Tuesday. The Comets took the lead early in the bakers with a 144 to the East Jackson 125. Additionally, the Comets took the second baker for a 10-0 lead going into the regular games. The Comets were only able to secure 2 points the first game making the score 12-7. The second game came down to the 10th frame to determine the results of the match. Similar to the first game, though, the Comets were only able to secure and additional 2 points resulting in an East Jackson win 16-14. The Comets were led by Abby Barba 138 and 126 (264 series), Sophie Donders 123 (220 series) and Charlie Worden 122 (211 series). Their record is now 5-6. The Lady Comets will next take on Manchester for the second time this season at Jax 60 on Friday.
