Hanover-Horton vs Addison

The Comets got off to a hot start with an 11 play drive and Nolan Arbuckle Touchdown. They then went on defense and shut the Addison Panthers down with great play from Brody Burt and Connor Willbee. The Comets next scored touchdowns on long runs from Kolin Griffiths. His second of the night followed great blocks from Holt Dawson, Jager Cottrell and Brennan Davis. More strong play from the Comets defense led to a big stop before half, and the Comets were able to march the ball down the field and finished the quick drive with another Nolan Arbuckle touchdown. On the ensuing kick, Nolan was able to knock the ball free and Brennan Davis recovered it. On the very next play Devin Bevier connected with Levi Bradley in the endzone for a Comet touchdown. The Comets defense got another stop to start the second half and then drove down the field offensively, capped by a Kadyn Federow touchdown. The next possession for the Addison Panthers ended in a punt that Kolin Griffiths returned for his third touchdown of the night. The Comets finished the game off with a Cameron Smith touchdown run! It was his first of the year and helped the Comets to a 53-8 victory!
