The JV Lady Comets swept Michigan Center in 3 sets (25-11, 25-11, 15-6). Alleah May led the Comets at the Service line going 11 for 11. Maggie Soper went 10 for 10 at the service line with 3 aces, 7 kills, and 5 digs. Quinn Knoblauch went 10 for 10 at the service line with 1 ace, 12 assists, and 6 digs. Molly Soper and Maddie Jordon had 6 kills a piece.
The Varsity Lady Comets lost to Michigan Center in 4 (19-25, 25-21, 24-26, 18-25). The Lady Comets fought hard and played strong defense. Maddy Sauber led the Comets at the service line for 18 for 18 with 2 aces. Chelsea Russ had 18 kills and 2 blocks for the Comets. Morgan Kuhl and Brynn deGlee had 8 kills a piece. Kuhl also had 6 big blocks for the Comets. Hadlie Barber led with 20 digs. Natalee Krage led with 36 assists and 10 digs.
The Lady Comets will travel to Mattawan on Saturday.
