Girls Junior Varsity Volleyball vs. Multiple Opponents

JV volleyball started out strong in their home invitational on Saturday. Starting the morning in pool play by playing Hastings, Vandercook Lake, and Morenci. The comets seeded 1st overall going into bracket play. They took down Morenci in two sets (25-4, 25-13). Advancing to the semifinals playing 3rd seed Hudson and winning (25-17, 25-11). That put the Comet head to head with a strong Western team. The Comet fought a great battle but came up short (23-25, 20-25). They travel to Manchester on Tuesday. Good luck Lady Comets!
