The JV comets traveled to Homer tonight for their final conference tri meet of the season. The lady comets first faced a tough Grass Lake team and started super strong winning the first set 25-20. The girls let their foot off the gas in the second set and some costly communication errors cost them the second set dropping a tight set 22-25. The lady comets brought it back together in the 3rd set working together to bring home the 3rd set victory 15-9. The lady comets then faced a scrappy East Jackson team winning some super scrappy defensive rallies and beating the Trojans all three sets 25-18 25-13 15-9.
