The JV Comets hosted a quad Thursday evening and came out strong going 2-0 on the night. The Comets faced Manchester first where tough serving and scrappy defense led to never trailing, defeating Manchester 25-18, 25-11, and 15-10.
The Lady Comets then faced a scrappy Napoleon team and although they faced being down a few points in the match, they stayed tough and battle back to take all three sets 25-21, 25-20, and 15-13. It was a great team effort!
